Unless you get all your news from cable TV and mainstream newspapers, you’re probably aware of the Occupy Wall Street protests continuing to unfold in NYC, so I won’t recap what it is or what’s happened so far. Instead, I want to talk about a trend in coverage of it, and in the popular perspective on protests and activism in general.
